We design and guide transformative retreats tailored specifically for
your team's needs.

Why invest in team retreats: our approach

Team retreats offer a unique opportunity to collectively address the challenges confronting your team.

Investing in team retreats, directly translates to*:

  1. Learning and growing from conflicts on all company levels

  2. Increased shared culture

  3. Connection to mission & purpose

  4. Increased creativity

  5. Improved wellbeing

  6. Lower attrition and quiet quitting

  7. Steeper learning curve

  8. More efficiency & efficacy

However, a lot of team retreats are merely a copy-paste. Meaning that they are not designed specifically for your team’s needs. That is the opposite of how we work.

We specialize in partnering with teams who have a number of underlying conflicts. Our approach begins with identifying the individual challenges your team members are facing. Then, we establish a conducive environment for open dialogue. Finally, we offer a framework for your team to surface all the knowledge and wisdom they already possess. We focus on compassionate communication, collaboration, self-reflection and feedback techniques to facilitate the development of ways of working that foster regeneration of individuals and teams.

Our solutions are tailored to the specific context of your team's needs.

We suggest a retreat duration of at least 3 days to adequately address the challenges at hand. For more comprehensive exploration, we offer 5-day programs. However, we also provide basic packages for 1 or 2-day retreats, focusing on imparting foundational methodologies to support your team's work.

FAQs

  • You don’t! We believe testing things out is likely the only way to truly find out if this is “right” or not.

However, we also completely understand the importance of finding the right fit for your team.

That's why we offer an initial consultation to delve deep into your team's challenges and goals. Our approach is intentionally designed to integrate the concept of regeneration, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with your team's unique context and needs.

  • We hear you. Our team comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds and hands-on experience across various fields, including startups, corporates, NGOs, and beyond. Unlike traditional consultants, we don't prescribe solutions; instead, we provide a supportive framework and methodology to empower your team to discover the answers they already have.

  • We understand that every team faces unique challenges, which is why we adapt our approach to suit your specific needs. Our toolkit includes methodologies such as Art of Hosting, Theory U, compassionate systems thinking, regeneration practices and design thinking, ensuring that we find the best-fit solution for your team's challenges.

  • At our core, we believe that true transformation starts from within. Research* has shown that cultivating a growth mindset and investing in personal development can have profound effects on team dynamics and performance. By focusing on inner work first, we lay the foundation for lasting positive change within your team.

  • Confidentiality is paramount to us. We create a safe and trusting environment where team members feel comfortable sharing openly. Our facilitators adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines, ensuring that all discussions and insights shared during the retreat remain private and protected.

  • Depending on which package you book, after the retreat, we send out a questionnaire to measure perceived changes among team members along those specific challenges we worked on. This allows us to gather valuable feedback and insights into the immediate impact of the retreat and identify areas for further improvement.

Additionally, we conduct a follow-up survey three months after the retreat to assess the longer-term effects and track progress towards the defined outcomes. We analyze the results and share them with you, providing a comprehensive understanding of the ongoing impact of the retreat on your team dynamics and performance.

  • Every team is different, so the timeline for seeing results can vary. However, our goal is to provide immediate value during the retreat itself, with lasting impacts that continue to unfold over time. Our approach is designed to equip your team with the tools, insights and mindset shift needed to drive ongoing growth, compassion and efficiency.
